(PEJ Earth Editor's Commentary: I am very much opposed to the existing Breat Bear Rainforest Accord. I think that this unsatisfactory agreement should be shelved and that we should seek a new deal, one that saves a minimum of %50 of the coast forest from Commercial, and so-called, "ecosystem based management" logging. Despite the fact that I believe that the existing Accord is a disaster and a prelude to a similar disaster upcoming in the Canada-wide Boreal Forest Negotiations, I am posting a pro-Accord news report hoping that it may encourage some discussion. dani rubin)
