These are a few of the many projects undertaken by LifeCycles over the years. Come out and enjoy a fab evening of Sustainable Feasting, conversation and dancing at the Da Vinci Centre.

For menu and ticket information, check out FoodRoots website www.foodroots.ca  or call 385-7974.
This week's organic, local and BC veggies: green chard and kale; orange carrots; red beets; pumpkins and winter squashes of all kinds; red and yellow tomatoes; pink, purple and yellow (Yukon gold) potatoes; red and yellow onions; green, yellow, orange, and red peppers; warm brown portabello and white button mushrooms. BC apples are abundant - granny smiths, macs, golden delicious, jonagold. And the pears - don't forget the pears: Bartlett, Asian Hosui, D'Anjou, Bosc.
Where in Victoria can you find all this wonderful organic produce? At the Pocket Markets, of course!!!
