BC War Resisters Fundraising Target

Sarah Bjorknas - I just want to let you know that we now have a concrete fundraising target since we are getting underway with Kyle's refugee claim. We need to pay his lawyer, Bob Geimer and provide Kyle with pocket money (he'll be staying here at the Vancouver Catholic Worker for the time being). Specifically, Jeff House will be sending Bob a large amount of information to assist him in the case and the cost for it will be around $600.

Also, let people know that they can make cheques out to the 'War Resisters Support Campaign' as we have an account set up in that name here at a credit union in Vancouver. They can send them here to the VCW: 1143 E Pender Street   Vancouver BC   V6  1W6
