RESPECT THE WISDOM OF BAN KI MOON, AT THE G20. THE SECRETARY GENERAL STATED THERE MUST BE A POLITICAL SOLUTION, CEASE FIRE, PEACE CONFERENCE AND A FUND FOR REFUGEES AND HOST COUNTRIES.

AND REMEMBER THAT SERGEY LAVROV AND YOU BOTH OPPOSED THE INVASION OF IRAQ, AND  NOW ACCEPT HIS CURRENT PROPOSAL TO PLACE SYRIAN CHEMICAL WEAPONS UNDER INTERNATIONAL CONTROL

1 TO NO LONGER CONSIDER THE US AS BEING  ABOVE INTERNATIONAL LAW. ABANDON US EXCEPTIONALISM- A LEGACY OF NIXON WHO SAID IF A PRESIDENT DOES IT; IT IS LEGAL

THUS ABANDON THE NOTION THAT IF CONGRESS DOES IT, IT IS LEGAL

2 RESPECT THE CHARTER OF THE UNITED NATIONS AND PREVENT THE SCOURGE OF WAR BY FOLLOWING CHAPTER VI- THE PEACEFUL RESOLUTION OF DISPUTES

AND ABIDE BY ARTICLE 20 - THAT PROPAGANDA FOR WAR IS PROHIBITED -OF THE INTERNATIONAL COVENANT ON CIVIL AND POLITICAL RIGHTS TO WHICH THE US IS A PARTY

3. ACCEPT THAT UNDER THE CHEMICAL WEAPONS CONVENTION (CWC) THERE ARE PROVISIONS FOR BRINGING TO JUSTICE ANY STATE OR GROUP THAT HAS USED CHEMICAL WEAPONS. THERE IS NO PROVISION FOR MILITARY INTERVENTION. BUT GOING TO THE INTERNATIONAL COURT OF JUSTICE IS ONE OF THE PROVISIONS.

4 PROCEED NOT BY STRIKING SYRIA BUT BY PROCLAIMING THAT NOW THE US WOULD RESPECT THE JURIDICTION AND DECISIONS OF THE ICJ AND URGE ALL OHER COUNTRIES TO DO SO. THEN THERE WOULD BE A PROVISION FOR ADDRESSING THE ISSUE OF PROHIBITED WEAPONS. THEN PROCEED TO RATIFY THE ICC, URGE ALL STATES TO RATIFY THR ICC,  AND ADDRESS THE ISSUE THAT THE SOUTH PERCEIVES THAT THE ICC IS BIASED TOWARDS THE DEVELOPED STATES.

5 ABANDON HIPOCRISY AND CONFESS THAT THE US AND ITS ALLIES HAVE USED CHEMICAL WEAPONS AGENT ORANGE VIETNAM  DEPLETED URANIUM IN IRAQ 91 KOSOVO – LIBYA 2011 PHOSFOROUS  GAZA AND IN FALLUJAJ BASRA NAJAF

6. PROPOSE THAT ONCE IT HAS BEEN DETRMINED WHICH SIDE OR SIDES IN SYRIA USED CHEMICAL WEAPONS, THE INFORMATION SHOULD BE TAKEN TO THE ICC AND FOR THE CULPRIT OR CULPRITS ALONG WITH THOSE IN OTHER STATES, WHICH HAVE ALSO USED CHEMICAL WEAPONS

7. COMPLETE THE OBLIGATION UNDER THE CHEMICAL WEAPONS CONVENTION TO ELIMINATE THE REMAINING CHEMICAL WEAPONS IN THE US ARSENAL AND URGE OTHER STATES TO DO THE SAME

8. PERSUADE ISRAEL TO RENOUNCE NUCLEAR WEAPONS [SYRIA HAD SAID THAT IF ISRAEL WOULD RENOUNCE NUCLEAR WEAPONS, SYRIA WOULD RATIFY THE CWC

9 ADOPT ALONG WITH ISRAEL THE DECLARATION FOR A NUCLEAR ARMS FREE MIDDLE EAST

10 FOLLOW THROUGH WITH WHAT YOU PROMISED WHEN YOU WERE FIRST ELECTED – TO NOT DO THINGS THE WAY THEY WERE DONE BEFORE;

AND END THE USE OF GUISES FOR JUSTIFYING MILITARY INTERVENTION:

"Human security" (Iraq 1991),

"Humanitarian intervention"(Kosovo, 1999),

"Self-defence" (Afghanistan),

“Pre-emptive/preventive strike” (Iraq, 2003)

"Responsibility to Protect" (Haiti, 2004, Libya, 2011),

"will to intervene" (Mali, 2013), and

"moral imperative" (Syria)???

11: lead by example in reducing the military budget and eliminating the arms trade
